Ridgecrest Neighborhood
The Ridgecrest Neighborhood is in the southeast corner of Shoreline, Washington, bounded by 175th Street NE (North), 145th Street NE (South), 15th Avenue NE (East), and the I-5 freeway (West).
The Ridgecrest Neighborhood is home to a vibrant business hub at the intersection of 5th Ave NE and NE 165th St, with a historic movie theater, cozy café, restaurants, night life, community art, and an independent local bookstore. Our parks and trails provide ample opportunities for leisurely strolls and active play. As you walk through the neighborhood you will see a diversity of housing, from single story "war box" houses built in the 1930s and 1940s to brand new multifamily housing.
Ridgecrest is also home to a new Link Light Rail station at the intersection of 5th Ave NE and NE 148th Street. Our community is growing and becoming more connected to the rest of the Puget Sound region, and we welcome the opportunity to deepen our connection to place and build a thriving community.
