Hillwood
Neighborhood
Hillwood is one of Shoreline’s quietly charming neighborhoods. Tucked into the southwest corner of the city with a wonderfully wooded, residential feel. With mid-century homes, quiet side streets, and plenty of greenery, it feels calm and tucked away, yet still close to everything you need. Quick access to Highway 99, transit, and nearby parks makes daily life easy, while the elevated setting adds a little extra breathing room.
